糖尿病血管平滑肌细胞钙离子稳态调节的改变与细胞增殖

摘  要:糖尿病已成为第三大威胁人类健康的疾病。目前虽然在临床上能有效控制患者血糖水平,但是糖尿病患者最终死亡于合并症。研究表明,糖尿病可加速动脉粥样硬化,粥样斑块的平滑肌细胞显示更强的增殖能力。Ca2+作为胞内重要的信使参与细胞的许多生理活动,如细胞的增殖、凋亡等等。胞内钙离子的升高主要来源于胞外钙离子的内流与胞内钙池的释放。胞内钙池主要由IP和ryanodine两大钙池系统组成,它们共同调节着胞内钙离子运动。Diabetes Mellitus has become the third important disease which threats human' s health. Though, at present , we can control the high glucose level, diabetic patients still die of it' s complications. As indicated, diabetes mellitus may accelerate atherosclerosis and vascular smooth muscle cells in atheromatous plaque proliferate than others. Ca^2+ which acts as the most important second messenger is involved in many physiological functions, such as cell proliferation, apoptosis and so on.. Increase of intracellular Ca^2+ comes predominandy from Ca^2+ influx from extracellular as well as Ca^2+ release from intracellular calcium store. Intracellular calcium store is composed of IP3 receptor and ryanodine receptor, both of which participate in accommodating intracellular Ca^2+ movement as well as cell proliferation.
