油团聚加煤系黄铁矿抑制剂脱除煤中黄铁矿硫的研究

摘　　要：油团聚是以脱除煤中灰分为主的团聚技术,脱硫的效率很低,采用山西介休的高硫煤,探索在油团聚过程中加入不同的黄铁矿抑制剂(巯基乙酸、重铬酸钾、高锰酸钾)对脱除煤中黄铁矿硫的影响.结果表明加入黄铁矿抑制剂对脱硫效率有一定程度的影响.Oil agglomeration is a key technology of ash removing, with a low efficiency of desulfurization. The high sulfur coal from Jiexiu in Shanxi is used in this experiment and the influence of removing pyritic sulfur by adding different pyrites depressors on the process of agglomeration was explored in this study, The experiment result shows that adding pyrites depressors on the process of oil agglomeration can improve the sulfur-removing rate.
