论我国现行法定夫妻财产制的不足及完善

摘　　要：我国现行的婚姻法对法定夫妻财产制的规定重实体轻程序，重物权轻债权，缺乏对夫妻财产权的保障制度。建立夫妻财产登记制度，完善夫妻财产管理、使用制度，建立夫妻财产保护制度，能够有效弥补法定夫妻财产制的不足。The stipulations of the property by the entirety in the marrige law value the things rather than the procedure, the real right rather than the obligatory right. There is no assurance to the property right of the couple. Establishing a registration and a protection law of the property of the couple will be a remedy.
