摘 要:目的本课题从实验角度探索保心合剂对心衰时神经内分泌的影响,从而探讨其防治心衰的机理,为该药的临床推广提供理论依据。方法选用Wistar大鼠,采用异丙肾上腺素皮下注射法制作心衰模型。随机分为空白组,模型组,保心合剂大、小剂量组,地高辛组。用放免法研究保心合剂对大鼠血浆内皮素(ET)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的影响,并取大鼠心、肺、肝脏称重。结果中药高、低剂量组及西药组ET、CGRP与模型组比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.01);中药高剂量组及西药组心、肺、肝脏称重与模型组比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.01),中药低剂量组与模型组比较没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论保心合剂能调控心衰时大鼠神经内分泌水平,具有积极的治疗意义。Objective: To observe the influence of Baoxin mixture on the neuroendocrine system in rats with heart failure and explore the mechanism of preventing and curing heart failure. Methods: Wistar rats were subcutaneously injected isoprenaline and randomly divided into five groups: the normal control group, the model group, the high and low dosage of Baoxin mixture group and the digoxin group. After the models were made, plasma ET and CGRP of all the rats were tested by radioimmunoassay method and then the hearts, lungs and livers of all killed rats were weighed. Results. ①ET and CGRP: Compared with the model group,the high. low dosage of Baoxin mixture and digoxin group could decrease ET and CGRP level significantly (P〈0. 01). ② Weight of heart, lung and liver. High dosage of Baoxin mixture and digoxin could decrease the weight of heart, lung and liver signifieanfly(P〈0. 01). There was no obvious difference between the low dosage of Baoxin mixture group and the model group(P〉0. 05). Conclusion: Baoxin mixture can regulate and control the neuroendocrine system in rats with chronic heart failure It has a positive value of treatment.
