高效液相色谱法测定菝葜中白藜芦醇的含量

摘　　要：目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定菝葜中白藜芦醇含量的方法。方法 采用Kromasil^TMC18（200min×4．6mm，5μm）色谱柱；流动相：甲醇-水（40：60）；流速：0．8ml／min；检测波长：303nm。结果 线性范围为0．0772～1．2352μg，r=0．9998，平均回收率为100．49％，RSD=1．03％。结论 该法简便、快速、灵敏、重现性好，适用于菝葜药材的质量控制。Objective： To establish a HPLC method for the determination of resveratrol in smilax china L.. Methods： RP-HPLC was used to quantitative analysis. The Kromasil^TMC18（200min×4.6mm,5μm） was used, and mobile phase was composed of methanol-water（40 ： 60）. Detection wavelength was at 303nm, the flow rate was 0. 8ml/min. Results： The linear range of resveratrol was 0. 0772～1. 2352μg, r=0. 9998. The average recovery of resveratrol was 100. 49%,RSD=1. 03%. Conclusion： The method is proved to be simple, rapid,accurate, reproducible, and suitable for content determination of the smilax china L.
