我国城市居民生活质量评价体系的构建与实际测度

摘　　要：基于对生活质量概念的理解,结合城市居民生活的特征,遴选64个评价指标构成中国城市居民生活质量理论评价体系,运用隶属度分析、相关分析和鉴别力分析等方法对理论遴选的评价指标进行实证筛选,构建了由评价目标、评价因素和评价指标三个层面共30个指标组成的城市居民生活质量评价体系,并运用该评价体系对我国31个城市居民生活质量进行了实际测度。信度和效度检验表明,该研究构建的中国城市居民生活质量评价体系具有较高的信度和效度。Quality of life is a concept used in analyzing the wellbeing of a citizen＇s living condition. It reflects the reality of a citizen＇s economic and social conditions. It also reflects the degrees of satisfaction to the economic and social conditions. Therefore, the analysis of the quality of life can be carried out in the perspectives of economics, sociology, and psychology. Based on our understanding of the concept of quality of life, an analytical system of the Chinese citizen＇s quality of life is suggested. Sixty-four parameters from some ten aspects reflecting the characteristics of the Chinese citizen＇s life income, consumption, education, living condition, health, community facilities, cultural and recreational facilities, public order, social security, and ecological environment are taken into consideration. Through the analysis of membership degree, correlation, and discernment, 30 parameters are selected including the goal of analysis, analysis factors, and analysis parameters to reflect the quality of life of Chinese citizens. Applying the analysis system to the citizens in 31 Chinese provincial capital cities have resulted in outcomes that can be put into three categories： Premium quality of life （with utility level over 80）, covering such cities as Shanghai, Satisfying quality of life （utility levels between Beijing, Hangzhou, Guangzhou and Tianjing; 80 and 40）, in Nanjing, Fuzhou, Chengdu, Changsha, Wuhan, Nanchang, Haikou, Shijiazhuang, Zhengzhou, Hefei, Shenyang, Jinan, Kunming, and Chongqing; Deficient quality of life （utility levels below 40）, in Haerbin, Xian, Nanning, Lanzhou, Lasa, Wulumuqi, Huhehaote, Yinehuan, Taiyuan, Guizhou, and Xining. Creditability and validity analysis have both put a high score on the System＇s creditability and validity.
