中医邪正发病学说与微生态及免疫功能平衡相关性的计算机判识分析研究

摘　　要：在本研究的前期工作中,初步揭示了“邪正发病———微生态平衡———免疫状态”的相关性;初步筛选确定部分人体微生态和免疫功能指标,可作为中西医学结合研究慢性支气管炎发病机理及中医“辨证”的一个参考依据;初步提出具有现代科学内涵,“邪正相争———微生态平衡与非平衡———免疫状态变化相关”的中医邪正发病学理论模型。本研究以此为基础,进行计算机判识分析研究,求出计算机判识分析推导关系,获得具有现代科学内涵的中医邪正发病学计算机判识逻辑图元,以期进一步开发出辅助中医诊断的计算机判识软件系统。In the prophase work, it discovers initially a certain pertinence among the onset of pathogen and vitality, microbiological balance and immune conditions and it has a certain correlation among the struggle between pathogenic Qi and vital Qi, the microbiological balance and imbalance and the immunity changes. Based on the above, the relationship is also studied by the computer judgment and recognition in order to set up a special soft system of the computer judgment and recognition to supply the diagnoses of TCM in clinic.
