摘　　要：通过阐述推拿与推拿手法,提出力量和技巧在推拿手法中的重要性,明确力量与技巧之间相辅相成的关系。再具体从推拿手法的“持久、有力、均匀、柔和”四个基本要领来论述力量与技巧的关系。This article is trying to put forward the importance of the degree of strength from hand and the penetration of strength from hand through explaining massage and the different ways of manipulations, from which can tell us the correlations between power and skills of manipulations. In addition, it also states the relationship between the degree of power and skills from such four basic skills as endurance, with force, average strength and softness.
