摘  要:采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了羟基磷灰石,研究了微量元素Mn2+、Mg2+,Zn2+,Sn4+对羟基磷灰石晶体结构的影响,用XRD物相分析对产物的晶体结构进行表征和研究。结果表明,掺入Mn2+、Mg2+,Zn2+,Sn4+后,羟基磷灰石特征衍射峰d值普遍减小,使得晶胞减小并导致晶粒细化,而且羟基磷灰石的结晶度有不同程度的提高。Hydroxyapatite was synthesized by sol- gel process, and the effects of trace elements Mn^2 + , Mg^2 + , Zn^2 + , Sn^4 + on the crystal structure of hydroxyapatite were studied. XRD phase analysis was applied to characterize and discuss the crystal structure of sampies. The results showed that the d values of characteristic peaks for hydroxyapatite decreased after the trace elements Mn^2+, Mg^2+, Zn^2+ , Sn^4+ were added. The unit cells also decreased which led to the fineness of crystal particles. The crystalhnity of hydroxyapatite was improved in varying degrees.
