摘 要:采用正交试验的方法研究了阿利特-硫铝酸钡钙水泥的烧成制度。结果表明:对该熟料力学性能影响最大的因素是冷却方式,其次是烧成温度,影响程度最小的是保温时间。该水泥的最佳烧成制度为:烧成温度为1 380℃,保温时间为60 min,冷却方式为自然冷却;同时,在最佳烧成条件下制备的阿利特-硫铝酸钡钙水泥的1 d,3 d,28 d抗压强度分别达到24.7 MPa,52.5 MPa,102.5 MPa,展现出良好的力学性能。同时利用XRD和SEM-EDS对熟料矿物组成及结构进行了分析。The burning system of clinker is the key to decide the performance of cement. The bunting system of alite - calcium sulphoaluminate cement was studied by orthogonal test in this paper. The results show that the primary factors influencing the mechanical performance of the cement is the cooling mode;burning temperature is the second; the keeping time is the least. The optimum burning system is: the cooling mode is natural cooling mode; the buming temperature 1 380℃ ; the keeping time 60 min respectively. Under the condition of the optimum level, the compressive strength of the cement is 24.7,52.5 and 102.5 MPa respectively in curing ages at 1 d,3 d and 28 d curing ages,which exhibits the good perfonnance of compressive strength. Moreover, the component and structure of the clinker were analyzed by means of XBD and SEM- EDS.
