摘  要:以钛酸四丁酯为前驱物,无水乙醇为溶剂,盐酸为抑制剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了TiO2纳米光催化薄膜。为了提高TiO2薄膜的光催化活性,根据稀土离子特殊的电子层结构,对其进行了稀土离子的掺杂改性。通过薄膜样品的表面形貌测定和光催化降解实验,探讨了稀土离子掺杂的规律。实验结果表明:经过稀土离子掺杂的薄膜光催化活性有显著提高,La3+掺杂摩尔分数为0.5%时性能最好,Nd3+掺杂摩尔分数为0.35%时性能最好。TiO2 photocatalytic nanofilms were prepared by solgel method adopting tetra - n - butyl titanate as precursor, absolute ethanol as solvent and hydrochloric as inhibitor. To improve their photocatalytic activities, the films were doped with rare earth ions for their special electron configuration. In this paper, we investigated the rule of rare earth ions doping through surface morphologies observation and photodegradation tests. It was found that the photocatalytic activities of the films improved greatly by doped with rare earth ions and reached the best when doped with 0.5% La^3+ or 0.35% Nd^3+ .
