草莓染色体加倍的研究

摘　　要：作者以草莓品种威斯塔尔(Veestar)为试材,将秋水仙素加入培养基,结合草莓组织培养技术,开展诱导草莓多倍体研究。结果表明:草莓组培苗加倍时,八倍体试材以秋水仙素浓度500～600mg/L处理35～45d效果最好,得到了威斯塔尔草莓的十六倍体植株,即8X→16X。加倍草莓植株的特征表现为植株较矮,生长慢,叶色较深,叶片变宽,叶片较厚。Taking octoploid strawberry cuhivar ＇Veestar＇ as materials,the inducing effects of colchicines for doubling chromosome were studied,combined with tissue culture techniques.The results showed that the effects of the treatment with 500-600 mg/L colchicines for 35-45 days was the best and plants of 16X ＇Veestar＇ strawberry were obtained.The plants with doubled chromosome showed drafted and grew slowly.Leaves were got wider and thicker, and its colour was deep.
