摘 要:为了改进隶属度计算的主要依据(专家评分)的不足,结合湖南省凤滩水电厂某厂房安全性综合评估,对基于实测分析和专家评分相结合的建筑物可靠性模糊综合评判方法进行研究。根据定量评价因子的性质将其分为效益型因子和成本型因子,由评价结构的实测分析结果和专家评分构成原始数据矩阵,提出定量评价因子隶属度函数参数的求解原则,并由此推导计算2类因子隶属度的数学模型和建立基于实测分析和专家评分相结合的建筑物可靠性模糊综合评判方法。在湖南省凤滩水电厂一副厂房安全性综合评估中的应用表明,利用该模型可有效实现实测信息和专家评分主观信息的综合。To overcome the disadvantages caused by over-dependence on the experts' evaluation, taking the comprehensive security evaluation of the workshop of Hunan Fengtan Hydropower Plant as an illustration, a fuzzy comprehensive reliability evaluation method was proposed by combining the site test analysis and the experts' evaluation. The raw data matrix was composed of the site test analysis results and the experts' evaluation, and the elements needed for quantitative analysis were classified into efficient elements and cost elements according to their different natures. Then the principles were proposed to calculate the parameters of the membership function of the elements, and based on which an advanced mathematical model was derived to calculate the membership grade of the elements. Finally a comprehensive evaluation method, which combines the site test analysis and the experts' evaluation, was obtained and applied to the comprehensive security evaluation of the Yifu workshop of Hunan Fengtan Hydropower Plant. The results prove the validity of the method in integrating the site test analysis and the experts' evaluation.
