A Distinguished on Maize Leaf Sspot Caused by Alternaria Tenuis Nees and Study on Biological Characteristics of the Pathogen

摘  要:对玉米交链孢叶枯病的病原、症状、生物学特性等进行了初步研究。结果表明:该病的病原菌为细交链孢叶枯病菌(Alternariatenuis Nees)。主要危害叶片,病斑椭圆形或近圆形,中央灰白色至枯白色,边缘红褐色。病菌生长的温度范围为5~35℃,适宜温度为25~30℃;分生孢子产生和萌发的温度范围分别为10~35℃和8~40℃,适宜温度分别为15~30℃和20~30℃;病菌生长和孢子萌发的pH值范围均为3~10,最适pH值均为8。分生孢子萌发要求95%以上的空气相对湿度。紫外光对分生孢子的杀灭作用较弱。In the paper the pathogen, symptom and biological characteristics of maize leaf spot were studied. The tesults showed that the pathogen was A hernaria tenuis Nees it mainly invaded leaf. The disease was elliptic .In the central of the disease was gray-white to white, in the marginal was red-brown. The pathoge ofA hernaria tenuis Noes could grow under the temperature from 5-35℃, and optimal temperature was 25- 30℃.The temperature of the spore production and germination were 10-35 ℃and 8-40 ℃ ,optimal temperature were 15-30 and 20-30℃.The range of pH value about mycelium growth and spore germination were 3- 10, the optimum pH value of the both were 8.The spore production and germination needed relative humidity over 95 %. The ultraviolet light was the weakest toxic for spores,
