电解质平衡值对热应激时肉鸡生产性能和血液生化指标的影响

摘　　要：研究表明,在热应激状态下饲喂DEB240 mEq/kg饲料,肉鸡的抗热应激效果较好,能有效缓解酸碱失衡,血液中离子常数值变化较小,肉鸡达到气喘和虚脱的时间较长。In this experiment, 96 male AA broilers were randomly divided into equal 4 groups with 4 replicates of 6 broliers per group. And the dietary electrolyte balance were 0, 120, 240, 360 mmol/kg each group raised in normal methods and immunity. Weights in 21 and 42 days showed the general performances of DEB 240 are better than the other groups in heat stress. 42 to 44 days were prepared for urgent heat stress in climatecontrolled house. The temperature sequence for heat stress was 24 to 32 ℃ in 30 min,32 to 36 ℃ in 30 min, 36 to 37 ℃ in 15 min, 37 to 42 ℃ in 45 min. Then we measured the blood biochemical and physiological indexes at 42 ℃. The results showed the DEB 240 could effectively keep the acid - base balance, the ion indexes changed little and it took broilers more time to pant and prostrate. It was concluded from the above indexes that the diet with DEB 240 was better than others in heat stress.
