摘　　要：建筑物做好地下室防水是保证其使用功能的重要前提,某工程地下室防水施工中采取了结构自防水、底板设置架空层;外墙设柔性防水,外加软保护层;地下室外墙水平施工缝使用膨胀止水条,代替钢板止水带等项技术措施,保证了该工程地下室防水施工质量。Good basement waterproof is an important guarantee for the building use functions. In a project, technical measures were taken to ensure the construction quality of basement waterproof, such as self-waterproof structure, and fly-over structure of foundation slab, flexible waterproof with soft protection layer for the external wall, and expansive water-stop strip for the horizontal construction joints of the basement external wall instead of steel water-stop strip and etc.
