摘  要:利用4个籼型光(温)敏水稻不育系和13个恢复系按4×13 NCⅡ交配设计配组,对F1产量性状和米质性状的配合力及遗传力进行分析。结果表明:所有性状一般配合力和特殊配合力方差均达显著或极显著水平,在精米长、精米宽、精米厚、垩白粒率、垩白度、糙米率、千粒重等性状上,亲本的基因加性效应对杂种一代性状形成起主导作用,而精米率、整精米率、单株粒重的遗传变异主要来自于非加性效应;所有性状中除整精米率主要受不育系影响以外,其他性状大多受恢复系的影响较大,但整精米率、单株粒重受父母本的互作效应影响也不小;各性状的遗传力大小顺序为精米宽>精米长>千粒重>精米厚>垩白度>糙米率>精米率>单株粒重>整精米率;不育系蜀光612S和恢复系HR-2、籼10038是配合力较好的亲本,YW-2S/9311和PA64S/籼10065多个性状的特殊配合力均较好。4 PGMS lines and 13 restoring lines of indica hybrid rice were selected to analyze the combining ability of main characters by the way of 48 incomplete diallele cross (NC Ⅱ )design. The results showed that: both general combining ability (gea) and specific combining ability (sea) were highly significant for all characters. The genetic additive effects were principal for milled rice length(MRL), milled rice width(MRW), milled rice thickness(MRT), chalk ratio(CR) chalkiness degree(CD), brown rice rate(BRR), 1000-grain weight(GW), while the nonadditive effects were greater for milled rice rate(MRR), head rice rate (HRR), grain weight per plant (GWP). The characters were influenced greatly by restoring lines except HRR, the interaction between female and male parents had also great role in HRR and GWP. The order of narrow heritability was MRW 〉 MRL 〉 TGW 〉 MRT 〉 CD 〉 BRR 〉 MRR 〉 GWP 〉 HRR. PGMS line Shuguang612s and restoring line HR-2, lndica line 10038 were good parents with greater general combining ability, YW-2S/9311 and PA64S/lndica 10065 were two better crosses for special combining ability in several characters.
