摘 要:测定了LM-3菌株产抗菌蛋白对稻瘟病菌和稻纹枯病菌的平板抑制作用;研究了菌悬液浸种、浸芽和浇苗3种处理下对水稻的生长促进作用和对超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶和过氧化物酶3种保护酶的诱导表达作用。结果表明:抗菌蛋白对稻瘟病菌和稻纹枯病菌的抑菌带分别为11.0和7.0 mm;以2×106cfu/mL的细胞浓度浇灌幼苗对水稻的生长促进作用最好,苗高等各项生理指标与对照及其它处理相比均达到显著水平;对3种保护酶均有良好的诱导表达作用。The inhibition ability of antifungal protein produced by LM-3 against M, grisea and R. solani was determinated in this study. Promoting ability of LM-3 was studied under the three treatments as seeds soaking, shoots soaking and seedlings irrigation; At the same time, the induction of three protecting enzymes as superoxide dismutase, peroxidase and catalase was studied under the treatment with LM-3, The result showed that the inhibion zones of the antifungal protein to M, grisea and R. solani were 11.0 mm and 7.0 mm, respectively, that the best treatment in promotion experiment was seedlings irrigation (2 × 10^6 cfu/mL) in which the five indexes such as shoot height had significant differences with CK and other treatments, that the three protecting enzymes were induced clearly.
