摘  要:以莴苣为受体,于3叶期、6叶期、8叶期和成熟期对15个水稻化感品种的化感作用进行分析,结果表明,6叶期水稻化感品种对莴苣根长和苗高的抑制效果最明显,化感作用表现最强;在6叶期,对具强化感作用水稻品种HG1和HG2不同部位取样测定,表明不同部位对莴苣根长和苗高的抑制效果不同,依次是:叶>茎>根。6叶期,对不同化感品种苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性以及受体稗草超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性进行测定,表现为:水稻化感品种PAL活性与其抑制杂草效果密切相关;水稻化感物质可降低受体稗草体内SOD活性,水稻化感抑制作用越强,其受体稗草体内SOD活性越低。The lettuce was as acceptor, the allelopathy of fifteen alllelopathic varieties of rice were analyzed at 3-leaf stage, 6-leaf stage, 8- leaf stage and maturing stage. The results displayed that the inhibitory action of alllelopathic varieties of rice to root length and seedling height of lettuce were mostly obvious at 6-leaf stage, and the allelopathy were the strongest. Otherwise, the allelopathy of different tissue of rice varieties with strong allelopathy HG1 and HG2 were determined with the acceptor lettuce. The results showed that the inhibitory effects of different tissues on root length and seedling height of lettuce were very different, the inhibitory effect of leaves was the strongest, the second was stern, and then the root. The phenylalanine ammonialyase activity of different alllelopathic varieties and superoxide dismutase activity of acceptor cockspur grass were determined at stage, the results showed that the phenylalanine ammonialyase activity of alllelopathic varieties of rice was correlative to their inhibitory action; rice allelochemicals could decrease the superoxide dismutase activity of acceptor cockspur grass, and the stronger of inhibitory action, the lower of superoxide dismutase activity.
