摘 要:采用填充ZX03型填料的生物滴滤塔处理H2S与C6H5CH2COOH的混合制药废气。主要考察了不同进气浓度比例下H2S与C6H5CH2COOH的去除效率,不同流量下的压力损失及气体停留时间对去除率的影响。结果表明:随着H2S与C6H5CH2COOH进气浓度比例的提高,H2S的去除率均保持在95%以上,C6H5CH2COOH的去除率逐渐下降。当H2S与C6H5CH2COOH的进气质量浓度分别为ρ(H2S)<400 mg/m3与ρ(C6H5CH2COOH)<800 mg/m3,其最佳气体停留时间为30 s。该生物滴滤塔压力损失小,无堵塞现象,可长期稳定运行。The bio-trickling filter packed with ZX03 carrier is used to treat mix pharmaceutical gases containing HES and C6H5CH2COOH. The removal efficiency of HES and C6H5CH2COOH at various inlet concentration ratios, the pressure drop of the bioreactor at different gas flow rates and the effect of the gas retention time on removal efficiency are investigated in the experiment. The results show that the removal efficiency of H2S remains above 95% regardless of the ratio of H2S/C6H5 CH2COOH and the removal efficiency of C6H5 CH2 COOH decreases gradually with the elevation of inlet concentration ratio of H2S/C6H5CH2COOH. When the inlet concentration of H2S and C6H5CH2COOH is respectively less than 400 mg/m^3 and 800 mg/m^3, the optimal gas retention time is 30 s. The bio-trickling filter is not jammed and the resistance is maintained at low value during the operation. It doesn' t need to carry out back washing frequently and can be operated steadily for long time.
