加强对大学生预备党员教育的思考

摘　　要：高等学校加大在大学生中发展党员工作力度后,存在重发展轻教育、重发展前教育培训轻入党后再教育的倾向,特别是对预备党员教育考察的长远性、系统性还不够。文章就大学生预备党员普遍存在的问题,提出加大教育培训的内容,以改善工作的途径、方法等,以求进一步提高大学生党员的素质,更好地发挥学生党员的先进性作用。Universities and Colleges am recruiting student Party members more persistently, but there arise some problems thereby. First, more effort has been put into recruitment rather than training the new members. Secondly, pre - recruitment education is emphasized, while post - recruitment re - education is neglected. Especially there is an inadequacy in educating the probationary Party members systematically and with long-term considerations. This paper analyzes the problems with the student probationary Party members and proposes some methods to improve their overall quality by increasing their training contents and adjusting the training methods.
