社区护理干预青少年吸烟依赖者的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨社区护理干预对青少年吸烟依赖者戒烟的影响。方法对118名青少年吸烟依赖者实施3个月的社区护理干预,评估并比较干预前后生命质量的改善情况。结果护理干预后青少年吸烟依赖者对尼古丁的依赖性较干预前平均下降3.48分,生命质量平均提高1.97分。结论社区医务工作者是青少年戒烟的有效干预者;社区护理干预可明显降低青少年吸烟者对尼古丁的依赖性,提高生命质量。Objective Researching community nursing intervention ＂s influence on adolescent who depend on cigarette. Methods Three months ＂intervention in 118 adolescent who depend on cigarette, and then evaluate and compare the difference between before and after the intervention on the improvement of their life quality. Results After the intervention, their dependence or the nicotine decreases by 3.48 on average, compared with before, and the life quality increases 1.97 on average. Conclusion Community nurses are effective interventions to adolescent who want to give up smoking, community nursing intervention can obviously decrease the adolescent＇s dependence on nicotine, and improve their life quality.
