摘　　要：0psite(安舒妥)是世界上第一个应用湿润伤口愈合理论的医用敷料,由Smith&NephewMedicalLtd.(施乐辉公司)生产。湿润伤口愈合是科学家们经过近40年研究与实践形成的理论,即上皮细胞必须在湿润的环境下才能快速生长,伤口在湿润的情况下愈合速度加快。笔者在SingaporeGeneralHos-pitalBurnsCenter(新加坡中央医院烧伤治疗中心)进修期间,该烧伤治疗中心广泛应用Opsite粘贴敷料对中小面积浅II度烧伤创面进行伤口治疗,取得满意效果。Objective Wound care dressing is the first medical dressing made of the humidified wound heals theory made by Smith ＆ Nephew Medical Ltd. The scientist summarized the humidified wound heals theory after more than thirty years research and practice. They are： epidermal cell grows faster under the humidified environment, and the wound healing becomes faster under the humidified environment. The author studied in Singapore General Hospital Bums Center from 2000 to 2003, opposite wound dressing care was widely used for most superficial bums cases there, which were effected..
