眼球穿通伤患者的心理状况分析与护理

摘　　要：目的了解眼球穿通伤患者的心理问题及心理护理对患者心理障碍的缓解程度。方法采用自制的量表,分别对患者护理前、后进行心理测试,两次结果进行比较。结果94.59%的患者入院时存在心理障碍,表现为恐惧、焦虑、狂躁及忧郁,对患者进行心理护理前后的恐惧及焦虑程度比较,有显著性差异。结论有效的心理辅导、解释性、支持性心理治疗能有效地缓解眼球穿通伤患者的恐惧、焦虑、狂躁及忧郁问题。Objective To explore the psychological issue of patients suffered from eyeball penetrating wound, and the relieved degree of psychological nurse of mental disorders of these patients. Methods Self-made scale was applied to test the psychological status before and after psychological treatment respectively, and the resuits were compared. Results 94. 59% patients showed mental disorders when they were in hospital, including fear, anxiety, mania and depression. There was significant difference of the degree of fear , anxiety , mania and depression before and after psychological nurse （P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusion Psychological nurse could effectively relieve fear, anxiety, mania and depression of patients who suffered from eyeball penetrating wound.
