摘　　要：社区矫正是在行刑社会化背景下应运而生的一种刑罚执行制度,符合国际行刑趋势。开展社会矫正试点工作是我国势在必行的历史选择,具有积极的理论意义和实践意义。鉴于我国社会矫正试点工作的现状及存在的问题,只有立足国情;借鉴国外经验;转变刑罚观念;完善相关立法,才能进一步推动我国社区矫正事业的发展。The community rectification is one kind of the penalty systems which is carried out at the historic moment of penalty socialization and, tallies with current international penalty tendency. Community rectification is an imperative historic choice in China and has positive theoretical significance and practical significance. Concerning the present situation and problems in our community rectification, we should draw on foreign experience; transform penal idea and perfect legal system in order to promote community rectification in China.
