摘　　要：本文运用多元统计中的因子分析方法,对新疆的15个地州市土地利用经济效益发展状况进行了分析,得出各地州市土地利用经济效益发展水平,并在可持续发展思想指导下,结合新疆区域经济发展现状,从城市建设和农业开发等两个角度,提出了新疆土地资源可持续利用的对策。In this paper, based on factor analysis of multitudinous statistic, the author analyzes the economic benefit of land utilizing development situation in fifteen cities of Xinjiang and elicits the developing standards of land utilizing economic benefit in each city. Guided by the sustainable development idea, in combination with the current situation of the regional economic development of Xinjiang, from two angles of urban construction and agricultural development, the author proposes the countermeasures for the sustainable utilization of land in Xinjiang.
