摘　　要：新农村建设需要大量资金投入,而目前我国新农村建设资金投入总量不足,财政支农资金投入结构不合理,农村大量资金外流,资金使用效果不理想。因此,要加快新农村建设,必须在资金管理机制方面实行创新。To build new countryside needs a great of capital, but the total amount of capital investment in the construction of new countryside isnt enough in our country, the structure of financial support of agriculture isnt reasonable, a lot of capital has been removed from the countryside to cities and the capital isnt used effectively. Therefore in order to fasten the construction of new countryside, we must create new capital management mechanism.
