浅析农村妇女土地权益实现的制约因素

摘　　要：妇女在农业生产领域的作用越加突显,但她们的合法权益却得不到相应的保障。从农村妇女土地权益现状入手,对其制约因素进行分析,可以看出,目前制约农村妇女土地权益实现的最根本原因是男权文化形成的制度性社会结构,而不是法律的不完善。Women played the role in an important agriculture product field ,but their legal fights are not guaranteed.This article analyzed the restrict factors from the countryside woman land rights- the main cause is the system society structure of the man rights cultural which restricted the land of the woman rights, not the law is incomplete.
