摘 要:对人工感染鸡白痢的雏鸡采用新复方中药制剂“沙大净”按高(0.50%)、中(0.25%)、低(0.10%)三个剂量进行防治,用痢特灵组、氯霉素组、感染不用药组、不感染不用药组作为对照。结果表明:“沙大净”高、中、低剂量组与痢特灵组、氯霉素组对雏鸡白痢均有较好的防治效果;与痢特灵、氯霉素组相比“沙大净”高、中剂量组效果显著(P<0.05);痢特灵组、氯霉素组、“沙大净”低剂量组三者疗效相近(P>0.05)。In this study, chickens challenged by Salmonella were treated with Chinese medicine Sada Jing, by different doses. 0. 5%, 0. 25% and 0. 1%. The control were group with Furazotidone, group with Chloramphenicol, infectious group with no drugs and no infectious group with no drugs. The results indicate that the all groups with drugs were significantly higher than the infectious group; groups with Sada Jing high dose and middle dose were significantly higher (P〈0. 05) than groups with Furazolidone and Chloramphenicol; groups with Furazolidone, Chloramphenicol and Sada Jing low dose were not significant differences (P〉0.05) .
