瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加减治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加减治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效。方法:将82例冠心病患者随机分为2组,采用瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加减及地奥心血康胶囊对照治疗。结果:两组在缓解心绞痛发作、改善胸痹心痛证候、改善心电图及有效率方面比较,差异有非常显著意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);两组间的证候药效起效时限与持续时限差异均有非常显著意义(P<0.01);治疗后治疗组的总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:应用瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加减治疗心绞痛起效快、持续时间长,对缓解心绞痛,改善胸痹心痛证候疗效明显,而且对改善心电图、降低血脂等方面均有明显疗效。Objective： To observe the effect of Gualouxiebaibanxia Decoction and Decoction for Clearing Away Gallbladder Heat in treating coronary heart disease and angina cordis. Method： 82 cases patients were divided into treatment and control. The treatment group treated with Gualouxiehaibanxia Decoction and Decoction for Clearing Away Gallbladder Heat and control treated with Diaoxinxue Kang capsul. Results： There have highly significant between treatment and control in relieving angina pectoris attacks, improv- ing syndrome of thoracic obstruction cardialgia, improving electrocardiogram effective power , time limit of syndrome drug action and lasting time limit difference. The cholesterol total, glycerine and HDL - C have improvement after treatment in treatment group. Conclusion： Gualouxiehaibanxia Decoction and Decoction for Clearing Away Gallbladder Heat have therapeutic effect in treating coronary heart disease and angina cordis.
