山莨菪硷防治烧伤内脏并发症的临床研究

摘　　要：本文报告了将山莨菪硷应用于严重烧伤病人156例，结果发现：其内脏并发症的发生率和治愈率与对照组比较有显著差异，其内脏并发症的发生率下降，治愈率提高。说明山莨菪硷对烧伤内脏并发症有预防和治疗作用。156 cases of severe burn were treated withanisodamine in combination with routine burn therapy.The results were compared with that of the patientstreated with routine burn therapy alone. The resultsproved that anisodamine had good efficacy for pre-venting and treating internal organ complications ofsevere burn. The incidence of internal organ compli-cations was lowered and the curative rate raised.
