摘　　要：作者应用MEBT配合“耕耘疗法”治疗深Ⅱ与浅Ⅲ度烧伤创面26例，取得良好效果。全组病例均全程使用MEBO，“耕耘技术”视伤情而定，无休克病人在伤后早期即可实行；有休克者可适当向后推迟。MEBT与耕耘疗法相结合，可保证药液及时渗入创面深层，利于早期液化和可复性组织的自然修复。The authors used MEBT in combination withploughing therapy for treating 26 cases of second de-gree and superficial third degree burn. The resultswere very satisfactory. All the patients were treatedwith MEBT in the whole course of treatment. Plough-ing therapy was applied depending on the condition ofthe patient. Patients with no shock received ploughingtherapy at the earIy stage and those had shock re-ceived ploughing therapy at a later stage. Ploughingtherapy ensured the penetration of the ointment intodeep wounds and faciIitated earIy liquefaction ofnecrotic tissue and spontaneous repair of recoverabletissue.
