摘　　要：我们应用ABS血管铸型方法，成功地制备出成人臂部及鱼际部的皮肤微血管铸型标本；并用扫描电镜观察方法详细研究了这些皮肤区的微血管三维构筑特点，阐述了这些区域内血管袢、血管网及血管球的形态学特征。观察到在手鱼际和小鱼际皮肤区的真皮网状层内至少有8种形态不同的血管球；它们是：1．圆球型血管球2．卵圆型血管球已三角型血管球个枝型血管球5．菊花瓣型血管球6血管丛型血管球7螺旋管型血管球8不规则型血管球。本研究为上臂、前臂、手鱼际和小鱼际皮肤的移植体提供了微血管三维构筑的新资料。Using the vascular casting of ABS, we repaired successfully the cutaneous microvascular casting samples of the adutt arm, forearm, thenar and the hypothenar skin areas, and then, we observed, in detail, all these vascular casting under scanning electron microscope and illustrated the morphological characteristics of the vascuIar loops, vascular network, vascular balls of these skin area.We discovered vascular balls of different shapes in the thenar and hypothenar area. They are: 1.spherical, 2. oval, 3. triangular, 4. fusiform, 5.chrysanthemum - petal like, 6. vascular clump like,7. spiral and 8. irregular shape.This study provides new data of microvascular three dimensional architecture for the skin transplantation of the arm, forearm, thenar and hypothenar skin flaps.
