摘 要:我院1996年1月采用家兔同等Ⅱ度烫伤、同等抗休克治疗,创面行MEBT及干性暴露疗法对比实验。通过创面、呼吸、心率、血压、心电图、血粘度、组织病理切片观测,统计学分析,证实MEBT抗休克疗效优于干性暴露疗法。讨论认为MEBT抗休克机理为保持有效血容量;改善微循环;降低全血粘度;减少烧毒素吸收。Rabbits were scalded to produce wounds of second degree. The animals received the same antishock treatment and were divided into two groups. Half of the animals in one group were treated with MEBT and the others treated with dry burn therapy. A comparison of the therapeutic results between the two groups by observing burn wounds, respiration, heart rate,blood pressure, electrocardiogram, blood viscosity and tissue pathological slice. Statistical analysis of the results revealed that MEBT is superior to dry burn therapy. The authors suggested the antishock effect of MEBT is due to its effects of maintaioing blood volume, inproving microcirculation, lowering blood viscosity and reducing absorption of burn toxins
