顽固性鼻出血的鼻内镜诊治体会

摘　　要：目的:对顽固性鼻出血的鼻内镜诊治进行分析。方法:74例顽固性鼻出血患者,在鼻内窥镜引导下以吸引器边清除该侧鼻腔的血液边寻找出血点,查找出血部位,将双极电凝头轻贴出血点点击1次～2次进行止血。结果:鼻内镜止血术后未出血66例,再出血8例。再出血患者经综合治疗出血停止。结论:鼻内镜下诊治顽固性鼻出血效果好,患者痛苦小,容易接受,临床上值得广泛推广应用。Objective To evaluate the effect of nose endoscope in treating the pertinacious nosebleed. Methods 74 cases of pertinacious nosebleed were selected. Guided by the nose endoscope, all cases were treated as follow; cleared the bleeding using the vacuum extraction,looked for the bleeding spot,and then stopped bleeding by bipolar electric hemostat. Results In 74 cases, 66 patients were cured, 8 were recurrence. All the recurrence patients were stopped bleeding under synthetic treatment. Conclusion Nose endoscope is safe, effective and acceptable easily for the pertinacious nose bleeds and is worthwhile to apply extended.
