摘　　要：目的:为胰腺疾病的诊治提供解剖学资料。方法:解剖观测22具尸体。结果:胰头宽度为(17.30±2.46)mm,厚度(19.60±2.75)mm,长度(38.25±2.08)mm。结论:钩突大小个体差异较大,胰头部血供丰富。Objective To provide anatomic basis for diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic diseases. Methods 22 samples of dead bodies were observed anatomically. Results The length of the pancreas is （38. 25 ±2.08）mm,the thickness of the pancreas is （19.60±2.75）mm,the breadth of the pancreas is （17.30±2.46）mm. Conclusion Differences extisted in the sizes of the uncinate process. There are abundance of the supply of blood vessel in pancreas.
