隐睾症的彩色多普勒超声诊断分析

摘　　要：目的分析彩色多普勒超声在诊断隐睾症中的应用价值。方法对65例隐睾症患者术前进行彩色多普勒超声检查并与手术结果进行对照分析。结果65例患者共67个隐睾,全经手术证实,超声检出57个,检出率85%。结论彩色多普勒超声对隐睾的诊断较为准确,有较高临床价值,对临床治疗有重大指导意义,可作为隐睾症的首选检查方法。Objective： To analyse the applied value of Color Doppler ultrasound on cryptorchidism. Methods： High frequency ultrasound and transabdominal ultrasound with a convex tranducer were utilized before operation in 65 cases of cryptorchidism and a analysis in contrast with the operative results was made. Results： Of 65 cases of cryptorchidism, 67 cases were confirmed by operations, of which 57 cases were diagnosed accurately by （Color Doppler ultrasound before operations, the diagnosis rate is 85 %. ）Conclusion： The diagnosis of Color Doppler ultrasound on cryptorchidism is considerably accurate, has an obviously high clinical value and can be regarded as a priority method on cryptorchidism.
