摘  要:目的:评价16排螺旋CT(MSCT)门静脉系统三维血管成像技术及其在腹部肿瘤中的临床应用价值。方法:使用GE Light-speed Ultra 16排CT对86例疑及腹部肿瘤的病人行MSCT造影增强检查,在ADW4.2工作站进行腹部门脉系统血管重建,重建技术包括多平面重组(MPR)、容积再现技术(VR)和MIP(2D和3D)等。结果:86例门静脉系统MSCTA均清晰显示门静脉系统的解剖结构,直观立体的评价门静脉的走行、位置、有无肿瘤癌栓、门静脉与肿瘤的空间关系等,为门静脉及其相关性疾病提供了有价值的诊断信息,其中观察空间关系以VR图像最佳,观测静脉栓子以2D-MIP最佳。结论:MSCT门静脉系统三维血管成像能准确、直观、立体地显示其解剖特点,为腹部肿瘤的诊断与治疗提供重要依据。Objective: To assess the usefulness of the three-dimensional CT portal venography with 16-row CT scanner in abdominal tumors.Methods:Multi-slice spiral CT portal venography was done in 86 patients with abdomen disease with GE Light-speed Ultra 16-row CT scanner. Three-dimensional images of abdomen vessels were done at the 4.2 console workstation. Three-dimensional vascular construcfion of portal vein was performed with multi-planar reformation, volume rendering and MIP. Results: The space relationship and anatomical details of portal vein had been shown clearly by the 16-row CT thrce-dimensional portal venography in all patients. The CT portal venography showed the traces,position of the portal vein and the space anatomical relationship between portal vein and abdomen tumors clearly and directly. It also showed the presence of tumor thrombosis of portal vein clearly. The VR image was best to display space relationship, and 2D-MIP image was best to view tumor thrombosis. Conclusion: three-dimensional portal venography provides a noninvasire means to present the anatomical detail of portal vein and plays an important role in the diagnosis and future treatment in abdomen tumor.
