摘 要:用稀释滴种定量方法,分别于甘露醇卵黄多黏菌素、马铃薯葡萄糖、伊红美蓝、链球菌琼脂、CDC厌氧琼脂和营养琼脂,分离并计数不同饵料投喂阶段饱食和空腹状态下养殖欧洲鳗鲡肠道细菌的数量与组成。结果表明:在空腹状态下肠道菌群组成以大肠菌群为主,未开口期和水蚯蚓(Tubificidae)投喂期厌氧菌第二,其次为芽孢杆菌;投喂人工配合饲料后芽孢杆菌第二;投喂人工配合饲料后出现肠球菌。饱食状态下以厌氧菌为主,其次为大肠菌群,水蚯蚓投喂期间肠球菌占第三位,其余时间芽孢杆菌占第三位。饱食和空腹状态下,肠道菌群数量以水蚯蚓(Tubificidae)投喂期最高,随养殖时间的延长,肠道菌群数量下降。At saturated and vacuous status, the bacterial microbial distribution in the intestinal tract of European eel at different growth stage was investigated by selective media mannitol egg yolk polymyxin agar, potato dextrose agar, eosin methylene blue agar, KF strerptococcus agar, CDC anaerobe agar and nutrient agar. At vacuous status, the predominant microflora in the intestinal tract was E. coli, then was anaerobic at un-ingestive stage and tubificidae fed stage , the third was bacillus, at artificial formulated feed stage, the second was bacillus, and enterococcus was emerged. At saturated status, the predominant microflora in the intestinal tract was anaerobic, then was E. coli, the third was bacillus, but at tubitlcidae fed stage, the third was enterococeus. The maximal stage of the bacterial number in the intestinal was tubificidae fed stage, then declined gradually with the eel growth.
