摘 要:采用溶胶凝胶法制备了镁铝尖晶石(MgA l2O4),研究了酸加入量对所制备样品的比表面积影响.氢离子浓度与金属离子浓度的比值为0.16时,样品的比表面积最高(133.9m2.g-1),比共沉淀法所制备样品的比表面积提高约40%.负载5%CeO2所得催化剂CeO2/MgA l2O4的甲烷起燃温度为420℃,比共沉淀法催化剂降低55℃.DTA-TG结果表明,溶胶凝胶法制备的镁铝尖晶石前驱物含有较多量的水,550℃脱水完全,而共沉淀法所制备前驱物完全脱水温度升高至700℃.The MgAl2O4 spinel is prepared by using the coprecipitation and sol-gel methods. Effect of amounts of the nitric acid added on the BET surface area is investigated. The optimal [ H^+ ]/[ M^ n+1] molar ratio is 0. 16. The BET surface area of the MgAl2O4 spinel prepared with such a ratio is 133.9 m^2·g^-1 , which is ca 40% higher than that prepared by using coprecipitation. After supported 5 % CeO2, the lift-off temperature for methane combustion is 420 ℃. The resuits from DTA-TG measurements show that the precursor of the MgAI2 04 spinel obtained by the sol-gel process contains larger amounts of water. The full dehydration temperature is 550 ℃, while the one for the precursor obtained with the coprecipitation method is 700 ℃.
