摘　　要：文章综合多种常见报文平衡算法思想,提出了一种IPSecVPN交换板的报文平衡优化算法,用于满足高性能并行VPN的报文分发和控制要求,并进行了在并行加密卡数目为3条件下的系统仿真测试,证明了其功能的完备性和结果的正确性。This paper integrates some common packet balance arithmetic and introduces a Packet Balance Optimization Arithmetic of IPSec VPN switchboard so as to meet the packet distribution and control needs of the high performance parallel VPN, Meanwhile, a systematic emulation in the case of 3 parallel encryption cards is performed to prove the integrity of the function and the correctness of the result.
