摘　　要：讨论了电力企业专网在与电信公网进行业务互联互通时,应依据不同公网运营商提供的业务特点和市场属性优先选择适于自身发展需要的业务提供者,以维护自身利益的问题;根据供电企业内线电话所具备的两重功能属性(专网属性和公网属性)的特点,讨论了电力专网与电信公网互联互通过程中将会遇到的若干技术及难点问题。Discussed that electric power enterprise should firstly choose the business provider who would be suitable for his own business development requirement to vindicate his benefits according to the operational characteristics provided by different network operators and the market attributes when electric power communication network was interconnected with the public telephone network. According to the features of enterprise phones, i.e. double functional attributes （ private network attribute and public network attribute） discussed some technical and difficult problems encountered during the process of interconnecting between electrical private communication network and the public telecommunication network.
