摘 要:为实现对胶片上微小杂质的在线观察,通过对微光像增强器和镜头进行选配并设计相关机械结构从而研制了一套胶片在线观察仪器。该仪器在线观察分辨力高、工作距离范围大且观察视场较大。其对杂质的观察分辨力可达12.5 lp/mm,可清晰成像的物距范围为200mm^300mm,观察视场大于50mm。仪器的核心部分是微光成像系统,重点围绕该成像系统的设计思路和步骤展开了全面讨论。In order to observe tiny impurities on the film on-line, we have developed an on-line instrument for observing the film by choosing and matching the low-light-level image intesifier and lens, also making mechanical design. The instrument has high observing resolution, long operating distance and large field of view. Its observing resolution can reach 12.5 lp/mm, the clear imaging range in object space is between 200mm to 300mm, and field number is greater than φ50mm. The core of the instrument is low-light- level imaging system, so the design concept and the design process of the imaging system are mainly disscussed in this paper.
