摘　　要：讨论了国内外汽车漆发展概况以及用脂肪酸合成超短油度树脂和叔碳酸缩水甘油酯改性聚酯树脂混拼制成具有高装饰性、高耐候性的高固体分汽车面漆的配方设计、工艺控制和新材料的运用,强调了合成树脂的高耐候性和高装饰性要求,同时把产品与国内外同类产品作了比较,并分析了高固体低黏度聚酯汽车漆涂层装饰性优良的机理。The paper has briefly described the development of car finishes at home and abroad. A high - solids automotive coatings based on blended resin of fatty acid ultra - short oil resin and Cardura E 10 modified polyester resin is developed, which shows excellent decorative property and weather resistance. The paper also provides how to design the formulation, process control and use of new materials, and the compari- son of it with other products at home and abroad, and analyses how the high - solids low viscosity polyester resins contributes to the decorative property of the automotive coatings.
