摘　　要：以轻烧粉为原料,采用直接水化、机械方法除铁、除杂,化学方法除铁、除钙、除硅等净化工艺,湿法表面处理、压滤、干燥、分级包装制取氢氧化镁阻燃剂,其产品达到HG/T3600—2000工业氢氧化镁阻燃剂质量要求。该法具有工艺流程短,操作简便,投资少,原料易得,产品成本低,经济效益好等特点。Light calcined powder is as raw material, the direct hydration, purification （ mechanical method to remove iron, impurity and chemical method to remove iron, calcium, silicon etc.）, wet surface treatment, press filtration, dryness and grading package are adopted to produce magnesium hydroxide flame retardant. The quality of the product can meet the standard of industrial magnesium hydroxide flame retardant of HG/T3600-2000. The technique has the advantage of short flow, simple operation, less investment, easily obtained material, low cost and good economic benefit.
