摘　　要：目的分析免疫组化操作过程中的影响因素、探讨操作及改进方法。方法选取我院免疫组化病例1 238例,总结分析操作过程及各种影响因素。结果染色结果良好,与临床病理相符或基本相符1 126例(90.9%);脱片42例(3.3%);非特异染色37例(2.9%);染色弱29例(2.2%),阴性者5例(0.4%)。结论影响免疫组化结果的因素很多,需注意各个环节的操作规范才能获得满意的免疫组化结果。Objective To study influential factors during operating immunohistochemistry and improvement methods. Methods 1 238 cases of immunohistochemistry were summarized and analyzed. Results The rate of good-staining was 90.9%（1 126/1 238）, on-special staining were 37 cases with the rate of 2.9% ,weak-statining were 28 cases and 5 cases nagtive. Conclusion Many factors can influence the result of immunohistochemistry. Attention should be paid to each process when immunohistochemistry is operated.
