摘　　要：以宪法为依据制定和指导民族法并建立民族法体系,是中国社会主义民族法制建设和近现代社会以来世界宪政制度的一个重大特点。中国社会主义的民族法制建设及其初步形成的民族法体系,就是根据宪法的有关规定进行的。Formulating and guiding national law and establishing the system of national law accoraing to Constitution is the trait of Chimese national legality construction and world constitutional government system from modern times. Now, Chinese national legality construction and preliminary national law system is on the basis of relevant regulation of Constitution. The thesis summarizes the guiding function of Constitution toward legislation of national regional autonomy from the background, contents and practice of promulgation and amending of the Constitutions.
