摘　　要：高校学报工作中普遍存在着稿件处理时限过长和忽视稿件答复的问题,这既挫伤了作者的积极性,又阻碍了学报的发展。学报编辑部应通过建立科学的稿件处理制度、缩短审稿周期、增加稿件的淘汰率及建立编辑和作者的沟通机制等措施,来有效解决这一问题。In the manuscript handling of college journals, there have appeared two problems：prolonged time from submission to decision and the neglect of manuscript-handling reply to authors, which are disadvantageous for authors＂ initiatives and journals＂ development. The editorial office needs to establish seienrifle manuscript-handling system, reduce the cycle for manuscript evaluation, increase the elimination rate, and set up the communication mechanism between editors and authors, thereby effeetirely solving the problems.
