摘　　要：文明执政是社会政治文明的重要内容,也是促进整个社会政治文明不断发展与进步的关键部分。文明执政是社会主义建设的当然要求和必然选择,这有着内在性要求。但是文明执政是不会自然获致的,它需要执政主体的道德心与责任感的浇灌,也就是说它需要社会执政主体通过自身的努力,在执政过程中真实地实践执政的文明原则,从整个人类的文明的角度来看待执政方式的文明化建设。The civilized way of ruling is an advanced and progressive political result, an important content of social political civilization, and also a key part of continuous development of political civilization. The civilized way of ruling is the inevitable choice and request of socialist construction. But the civilized way of ruling can＇t attained by its own. It needs more senses of morality and responsibility, or namely, it requires the practice of civilized principle in governing and seeing civilization construction of the rules ways from the perspective of civilization of the whole human kind.
