摘　　要：邓小平站在科学技术飞速发展的时代高度,从新时期我国社会主义现代化建设的迫切需要出发,在科学理性地分析了知识和知识分子的社会价值远没有得到应有发挥的原因的基础上,大力倡导对待知识和知识分子的良好社会风气和社会机制,形成了其独特的“尊重知识,尊重人才”的思想,实现了在认识知识分子社会价值上的创新。In accordance with the rapid development of science and technology, Deng Xiaoping proposes a scientific and rational analysis of the intellectuals＇ social value. Considering the urgent needs to build China into a modernized country in the new century, his foresights to establish a fine atmosphere and a perfect social system, on the basis of why intellectuals＇ social value is far behind a due elaboration, have formed its unique thought of ＂respect knowledge, respect talent＂. And thus an innovative recognition in the intellectuals＇ social value has been fulfilled.
